When electronic cigarettes are used, the battery of the device will send current to the coil wound on the soaked wicking material to make it heat up. Once the coil becomes hot enough, it heats the surrounding liquid into an aerosol. The user then inhales aerosols or vapors.
The electronic cigarette is generally composed of a host (equipped with a battery, usually a lithium-ion polymer battery) and an electronic atomizer (filled with electronic liquid). Tobacco oil uses 1,2-propanediol and glycerol as the main blending agents, and some are added with nicotine and other spices. There is an atomizing core in the atomizer, which is used to heat the electronic liquid into fog. The service life of the atomizing core is limited.
The main engine is divided into electronic and mechanical main engines: most electronic main engines have short-circuit protection mechanism, and when the atomizer is short circuited, it will automatically fail to fire; Mechanical hosts rely entirely on electrical principles. Almost all the hosts that cause explosions in the media are of this type. The main causes of explosions are mostly accidents such as short circuit of atomizers, mismatching of batteries, and continuous firing without being aware of accidental contact. However, due to beautiful shapes, there are many collectors, and special materials or brands can often be sold at high prices in the market.
Atomizers are mainly divided into RDA oil dripping repairable atomizer and RTA oil storage tank repairable atomizer. According to the smokers, RDA cigarette oil tastes better, and drops as much as you smoke. Usually, the space in the warehouse is large, and fancy coils can be used; RTA is convenient to go out, and the oil bunker can be filled and pumped continuously. Generally, the space in the bunker is small. Recently, some manufacturers have launched rdta, including adding oil silos on the basis of RDA, or strengthening the structure on the basis of RTA to make it close to the taste of RDA's smoke oil.
The atomizing core is usually coil (usually made of nickel, titanium, stainless steel) and cotton. After the cotton absorbs the tobacco oil, the coil wound on it is energized to generate heat energy and heat the tobacco oil. Some atomizing cores can be repeatedly tied with new coils and replaced with new cotton.
