Swiss Canton Of Vado Plans To Ban The Sale Of E-cigarettes To Minors

The Swiss canton of Vado plans to ban the sale of e-cigarettes to minors, and in a preliminary debate, the canton parliament basically agreed to amend the relevant laws.
According to Zentralplus on November 8th, the canton of Vado in Switzerland plans to ban the sale of e-cigarettes to minors.
In a preliminary debate, the state legislature generally agreed to revise the relevant laws. If this law is implemented, the legal provisions for electronic cigarettes will be the same as for cigarettes and other tobacco products. According to the Swiss Tobacco Prevention Federation, there are currently ten cantons in Switzerland that prohibit the sale of e-cigarettes to minors.
The Swiss federal level is also conducting work in this area, and consultations on related matters were concluded in early October.
