According to the news from Effi on November 10th, the Slovenian government recently proposed a legal proposal aimed at preventing tobacco addiction among young people. The proposal will ban all fragrances in e-cigarettes and smoking in public enclosed spaces.
Slovenia's Minister of Health, Prevolnik Rupel, emphasized that research has shown that non-smokers are four times more likely to use e-cigarettes than non-smokers.
In addition, the bill will also abolish the current exceptions that allow smoking in smoking areas of workplaces and restaurants, thereby fully implementing the smoking ban regulations approved in 2007.
