The Ban On Flavoring Additives For Electronic Cigarettes in Russia Will Take Effect On September 1st

On April 11th, the Russian State Duma supported the "Proposal to Amend Individual Legislative Regulations of the Russian Federation" (hereinafter referred to as the "Proposal") with over 90% of the affirmative votes in a plenary meeting. The proposal aims to tighten regulation of electronic cigarettes in Russia, including banning flavoring additives for electronic cigarettes.

The bill will come into effect on September 1, 2023.
